October 31, 2023 - On October 28, 2023, at approximately 2130 hours, the Department of Medical Examiner (DME) responded to the residence of Matthew Langford Perry, after the decedent was found unresponsive at home.
The DME’s role is to inquire into and determine the circumstances, manner, and cause of all sudden, violent, or unexpected deaths, and those deaths where the decedent has not been seen by a physician 20 days prior to death.
The examination reports, including the cause and manner of death, will be made available once toxicological results are completed and the report finalized (Medical Examiner case number 2023-14789).
