Television news anchor Chris Burrous unexpectedly died at a hospital Thursday afternoon, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner announced.
In the early afternoon of Dec. 27, paramedics responded to a call regarding an unresponsive male at a hotel in the 400 block of Pioneer Drive in Glendale.
The male, later identified as Christopher Rocky Burrous (DOB: 1/11/75) of Northridge, was taken to a Glendale hospital and pronounced dead at 2:06 p.m.
On Dec. 28, an autopsy was performed and a cause of death was deferred pending further investigation.
Burrous’ coroner case number is 2018-09806.
